Step-2: Print and Complete the Self-Assessment for the 2021-22 membership year.

Please note that the online version has direct links to the pages in the OSHA handbook for accomplishing those core elements.

Step-3: Along with Your Team, Make the Commitment to improve in one or more Core Elements. You do not need to commit to all.

Step-4: Beth Kubinec, ICPA Membership Coordinator will contact you to complete the on-boarding process and the SAFE PLANT packet will be sent to you.

Step-5: Receive your SAFE PLANT Packet that will contain your Participation Certificate and Window Cling to display,

OSHA Handbook,  a safety vest with the SAFE PLANT Logo on the back, and a copy of a Plant Self-Assessment
