Dear Members,

January has been a busy month for me. Membership packets produced and mailed out, new website content, traveling and meeting with manufacturers, and planning a great event at POLYCON 2016 in Raleigh, North Carolina. But the most rewarding for me is talking to people about the association and signing up new or former members.

I have a terrific team planning POLYCON Raleigh 2016 for you! Registration is now open and as we are expecting a large turn-out I would suggest registering early to take advantage of the Early Bird rates and booking your room at the hotel before the reserved block fills up. POLYCON registration will close at 250 attendees. Don’t be left out!

Our theme for POLYCON this year is Building A Solid Future Together. I believe that this states what is key to the success of our association and our industry. POLYCON is a great opportunity to begin building our future -to meet together, to share ideas, to learn new ones, to meet new people and catch up with long-time friends! This POLYCON will have many opportunities to network, and to share and discuss new ideas. I hope to see all of you there! You will hear more about this in the coming weeks, but at this POLYCON we will have a “Bring Your Best” display. Our manufactures can bring a sample of their best product to POLYCON and we will display these for all to see and talk about during the event. Some of the cultured stone and tile I have seen as I travel to our member plants is absolutely beautiful!

Over the next two months, I plan to continue to travel to other regions of the country to introduce myself, learn what sets your company apart, and hear from you how the ICPA can best serve you and our industry.
