ICPA Annual Event POLYCON 2020 Postponed

It is with great thought, careful consideration, and consultation with our major sponsors, that the ICPA leadership made the decision to postpone POLYCON 2020 to a later date in the fall.
This was a difficult decision, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the association believes it to be the right thing to do to protect the health and safety of the attendees, speakers, and team members as well as delivering a valuable and successful event for all.
A new date will be announced in the coming weeks. Most likely POLYCON will be postponed to October of 2020. New developments are happening daily and the ICPA will do all it can to plan accordingly and keep everyone updated.
POLYCON will still be held in the Park City/Salt Lake City area with manufacturer hosts Sand & Swirl and Whitewater/Tyvarian. A great deal of excellent planning had already gone into the event and so there is little change expected to the activities and programming. The ICPA is awaiting word from the Grand Summit hotel on future meeting space availability and pricing.
Please cancel hotel reservations for April dates at the Grand Summit hotel as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee.  Most major airlines will refund cancellations regardless of fare type.
Current POLYCON registrations and fees will automatically be applied to the rescheduled event and there will be no increase in registration to attend in the fall. Companies may change the names of their attendees under the registration at no additional costs. New cancellation policies – most likely 30 days up till the event- will be put in place once we have new dates confirmed.
However, anyone wanting the ICPA to cancel their POLYCON registration NOW and receive a refund, should contact the ICPA directly to expedite the refund.
