CAMX Show canceled due to Hurricane Irma

UPDATE: September 7, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. EST

As the organizers of CAMX, we are aware of the threat posed by Hurricane Irma to the state of Florida and Orlando. Our primary concern is for the safety of all our CAMX participants and for our ability to deliver an industry event that is well attended. After our continued review of the hurricane path, notices of airline cancellations, the Orlando Airport providing indications that it will shut down, as well as other challenges, it is unavoidable that unfortunately we must announce that CAMX will not be held next week. We are looking for alternative dates later this Fall. CAMX is a very important show to our industry, and we want to be able to have a successful event for our exhibitors and attendees that is safe and well attended.

This decision was not made lightly and we are working diligently to resolve arrangements so that we can provide more information, including:

  • Potential new CAMX dates
  • Details about conference registrations and exhibitor bookings
  • Details on your next steps regarding housing reservations

We understand that there are many other unresolved questions and concerns. We are working to provide you with answers as soon as possible, and will maintain communication via email and also the CAMX website.

We thank all of you for your concern and your patience while we sort out all the necessary details.

Sincerely,

CAMX Show Management
