German company and ICPA supplier member Dorfner acquires ACS International, another long time ICPA supplier member.

As of August 8, 2017, Gebrüder Dorfner GmbH & Co. Kaolin- und KristallquarzsandWerke KG, a successful family-owned company headquartered in Hirschau, aquired ACS International, based in Tucson, Arizona, USA. For Dorfner, this represents another important step toward internationalization.

Within the context of the strategic re-orientation pursued by Dorfner over the past several years, the company has taken another important step forward. On August 8, 2017, Dorfner acquired all of the assets of the American company Arizona Cultured Stone Products, Inc. (which does business as ACS International Inc.), based in Tucson, Arizona.
